These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of credibuilt.com and the Credibuilt service. By using Credibuilt, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Credibuilt provides software to collect, manage and display customer testimonials. We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use it for the duration of your subscription.

Your responsibilities

• Only collect testimonials with the contributor’s informed consent.
• Don’t use Credibuilt to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or hateful.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically on the same day each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

Free plan

The free plan is offered at our discretion. We may limit storage or features at any time but will give 30 days’ notice for material changes.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days’ written notice. We may suspend immediately for abuse, security risk, or non‑payment.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credibuilt’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
